DINNER NO. 4: "BEFORE VISTA, FOR VISTA: A DINNER W/ CHEF CHRIS BORK"

ST. LOUIS – March 11-12, 2016

In anticipation of opening his new Cherokee St. restaurant, Chef Chris Bork of Vista Ramen, joined us for two-night takeover of the BHIVE. The residency resulted in two separate seven-course displays of his characteristic attention to detail and inventiveness. Brioche, matcha, schmaltz, vadouvan, sweet potato pie – all popped up in dishes pairing the elegant earthiness of Asian flavors with the casual heft of American classics for an of-the-moment global experience.
